The Welcome Home Project is funded entirely by charitable donations from individuals and business organizations in San Francisco.
We are service-oriented, cost-effective, and all of our proceeds serve homeless families in the city. We do not receive government grants, public funding, or taxpayer money.
Additionally, the Welcome Home Project is an initiative of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (tax ID #94-3158665).
“We had a choice of either rice cooker or crockpot...I can eat rice every day so it was something of value and it meant a lot to me.”
— Richard Florez, formerly unhoused
